True Blood Tops HBO's Ratings

True Blood continues to bring in the ratings for HBO.  The season premiere drew 5.1 million viewers on June 13th and has continued to go strong.  The third episode got 4.5 million viewers at 9:00pm and another 1.2 million viewers at 11:00pm. "Hung" and "Entourage" premiered on Sunday night but neither one could compete with True Blood's ratings.  The season premiere of "Hung" drew 2.1 million viewers in its first airing at 10:00pm and another million during its rebroadcast. "Entourage" drew 2.5 million viewers during its season premiere and another 588,000 during its rebroadcast. True Blood's ratings continue to rise making it the most watched HBO show since The Sopranos.  The Season 1 premiere drew just 1.44 million viewers while the Season 2 premiere had 3.7 million viewers.  None of these figures include DVR and On Demand viewings which are usually high for HBO.
