Charlaine Harris attended the 40th BoucherCon World Mystery Convention 2009 at the Hyatt Regency in Indianapolis where she was a panel member at the convention. BoucherCon is the world's largest annual meeting for the mystery genre. While she was at the convention, Charlaine sat down with Reel Deal's Austin Luger to talk about her writing, about Alan Ball's True Blood HBO vampire series based on her books, and about how she's handled her increased fame now that the show has become so wildly popular.
