Stephen Moyer, the man who has stolen many hearts with his portrayal of
vampire Bill Compton on
True Blood, is just as charming in real life as he is when calling on
Sookie Stackhouse. Never has this been more evident than in the latest issue of
Cosmo Magazine, in which he is named one of their
Fun Fearless Males. For one thing, he says that the quality in a woman that is most attractive to him is brains--women who are sharp, funny, and spunky. You can tell he's genuine about that because those are the things he frequently says that he loves about fiancee and co-star
Anna Paquin. He also talks about how even the
True Blood cast is addicted to the show because it is so sexy and twisted. He likes how
Bill strives to be good, but sometimes "he can't help but be bad."
Stephen says that part of his life philosophy is to always try to embrace his fears so that they don't prevent him from moving forward. He mentions flying a biplane and flying on a trapeze without a net as a couple of things he wants to try. Honestly, is there anything he can't do? He revealed that one of his hidden talents is playing the ukelele:
"It's a f---ing great instrument. I used to travel with my guitar, but it was too big to carry around. I try to play things that you wouldn't normally hear on the uke, like rock songs."
Anna has actually alluded to this before. In her iTunes celebrity playlist, she lists "Hallelujah" by Jeff Buckley as one of her favorites, adding that the song is even more beautiful when
Stephen is singing it and playing the ukelele. How many of us wouldn't love to hear that?! SOURCE:
