Carrie Preston, who portrays the redheaded waitress Arlene Fowler on Alan Ball's hit HBO TV vampire series True Blood is getting ready for the Emmys. On Friday, September 18, Carrie was at the Mondrian Hotel, where their Skybar was hosting Emmy Suites, a collection of designers and cosmetics services targeting Emmy-party-bound performers and celebs. Alexander McQueen, Joe's Jeans, Smash Box Cosmetics, Hobo Handbags, Fenix Skincare and notably Beverly Hills Oral Spa Dentistry performing teeth whitening on site were some of the treats offered to the stars. Carrie will be attending the 61st Primetime Emmy Award show to cheer on her husband, Michael Emerson, who has been nominated for another Emmy (third time) for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Benjamin Linus on ABC's "Lost". Good luck Michael! In the video interview Carrie discusses the "black eyes" that the cast had to wear while under Maryann's spell in season 2 along with who she will be wearing to the Emmys (Mako Takada) and the various events that she attended and will attend before the Emmys on Sunday night.
