True Blood's Anna Paquin appeared on the Lopez Tonight show on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 and she was absolutely delightful. It was wonderful to see Anna joke around as she talked about the "sock of destiny" the "snatch patch" that the women on the show wear, the Snoop Dogg video and a little surprise that Stephen [Moyer] and her gave to everyone as a little gag at the wrap party.
