Recently, Chris Bauer, who portrays Detective Andy Bellefleur on Alan Ball's hit HBO TV vampire series True Blood took time out from his busy schedule to speak on TVTalk BlogTalkRadio. It was very funny to listen to Chris state that after he got the part on the show the first question he asked Charlaine Harris was, "do I die?" He states that he has died on so many shows that he was wondering what was going to happen with his character. Chris mentions in the radio interview that last season he did get hate mail from some fans stating that he is the meanest guy around for being so hard on Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten) and "it did hurt my feelings because he didn't see him that way." Now with this season two, things are not going so well for Andy. Poor Andy. People think he is constantly drunk (well he is sometimes) and seeing things, such as an imaginary pig running around Bon Temps. Chris Bauer on the other hand, is enjoying the phenomenal success of the show and working with Alan Ball and the cast and crew of True Blood.
