True Blood Season 3 Casting News: Addition And Role Set

True Blood Season 3 is heating up with the announcement of another addition to join the cast of Alan Ball's highly successful HBO TV vampire drama True Blood.  Theo Alexander has been cast to portray Talbot, the "intensely beautiful" vampire, and boyfriend of Russell Edgington, (Denis O'Hare), the vampire king of Mississippi. He is described also as having an "acerbic sense of humor and loves to cook despite vampires' inherent lack of cooking talents." The Greece-born actor Theo Alexander, has starred in "Chuck," "CSI: NY" and "Pushing Daisies" and is set to appear in the upcoming features "Love and Let Die" and "Losing Control." In other news Kiwi/Aussie actor Grant Bowler has been set to portray the were/biker Coot, which according to previous casting calls will be involved in the torturing of vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer). With all these bits of information coming out about Season 3 it is definitely going to make it difficult for True Blood fans to endure the long wait till its return in June.
