If you weren't one of the 1,100 people who watched the season three finale of True Blood along with the largest viewing audience and several cast members of the show, then blame your neighbors. That's right, Greensboro, N.C. was rewarded by HBO and Time Warner Cable Company last night. Greensboro ranks number one in ratings for the HBO hit series, True Blood, more than anywhere else in the nation. On hand to help Truebies celebrate in style were Kristin Bauer van Straten, who stars as the seductively lethal vampire, Pam. Todd Lowe, who portrays a gentle-giant, Iraqi war veteran suffering from PSTD, Terry Bellefleur. And season three newcomer, Kevin Alejandro. Kevin plays Jesus Velasquez, who we just learned in last night's finale, is a male witch, also known as a Brujo. The three cast members took pictures and signed autographs with costumed fans that had waited for hours to get a fix of their greatest addiction. Later they participated in a question and answer session. All three celebrities said it felt great to be able to give back to the fans that have helped to make True Blood the success that it is today. Todd Lowe joked that he knew why more people watch the show in Greensboro than any other place, "It's because sexy, intelligent people tend to congregate in central North Carolina," he laughingly teased a reporter. So, the gauntlet's been thrown down. Will you let Greensboro be number one again next year? Get out there and show your neighbors just what they've been missing and maybe next season you'll be the one claiming the number one viewer's bragging rights.
