... the perfect mix of spaciousness, a high energy dance-floor, a powerful wow factor, a celebrity following and undeniable local popularity. Tao Nightclub remains the city's large-scale nightclub for seeing and being seen.
Ryan in Vegas
And on Halloween weekend, it's also got True Blood's Ryan Kwanten! Tao is kicking off their "Yelloween", Halloween Massacre Weekend of events with Ryan Kwanten hosting at the TAO Nightclub on Friday Oct. 29. But first, Ryan will be dining at Tao's spectacular restaurant. The restaurant is boldly Asian with a 20 foot high golden Buddha fountain, far east decorations and delicious sea food. Don't just show up and expect to get seated though and be sure to make reservations early! If you decide to dine, the miso glazed Chilean sea bass and their sushi are highly rated. While the restaurant is a bit pricey, if you order above a certain level it will get you into the club for free and without waiting in the massive line. One thing to note is that the bathrooms are marked Yin and Yang, Yin is for the ladies and Yang is for the men. And don't forget to get your hand stamped by your waiter to get into the upstairs club! Otherwise you may have to wait up to two hours! You'll also need to dress upscale to get in. This is not the place to go lookin' like Sookie Stackhouse cuttin' the lawn but more like Pam on a fashion binge! The Tao Nightclub
Once you get into the nightclub you'll find it a very packed, hoppin' joint. It's got multiple dance floors with separate bar areas and different music, models in bathtubs and dancers everywhere. Be sure to check out the upstairs 'Tao Beach' where you'll find a pool and maybe even find Ryan! Many reviewers recommended bottle service and also having a high tolerance for crowds as this is one of the places where everyone wants to be. And there's no saying Ryan will be the only celeb as lots of stars like to hang out at Tao's when they are in town. We'd love to hear about your experiences if you go!
