True Blood Wins Big at Reaper Awards
True Blood was recently spotlighted for two Grimmy Awards from the 2nd Annual Reaper Awards. The Reaper awards, which are presented by Home Media and Dreadcentral.com, were announced on October 12th, at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. In order to be picked for a Reaper Award, a show or movie is selected by a panel of judges, and then voted on by fans during the month of September. Each winner received an original Grim Reaper statuette which is referred to as a "Grimmy". The Grimmys
True Blood: The Complete Second Season won two awards. One for Best Blu-ray Disc and one for Best Boxed Set or TV Show collection. Among the other winners were the new version of Nightmare on Elm Street, Never Sleep Again, Friday the 13th: Part VII, and Trick R Treat, which stars True Blood star Anna Paquin.
