Artios Awards
Joe Manganiello was recently honored by presenting an award at the recent 2010 Artios Awards, which take place in New York and Los Angeles. Joe was amongst the presenters at the Los Angeles show on November 1. He is recognized by fans as the hunky werewolf Alcide on HBO's True Blood. The Artios Awards recognize achievement in casting for both stage and film. The criteria includes: "originality, creativity and contribution of casting to the overall quality of a project."
Razzle Dazzle
This year, the show was held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. Lily Tomlin hosted the show where Joe presented an award with different actors that included Ty Burrell, Viola Davis, Victoria Justice, Diane Lane, John Lithgow, and Vanessa Williams. Two special awards of the night were for Mary Carsey (who received the Career Achievement Award) and Ellen Chenoweth (who was given the Hoyt Bowers Award). Fans of Joe Manganiello are glad to see Joe however they can. We hope he had a "howling" good time at the Artios!
