Comic-Con Registration Down Again

Fans Must Wait to Buy Passes

Comic-Con Fans have overloaded registration for Comic-Con 2011 once again! For the second time, fans of Comic-Con International crashed the site during registration, even though this round of registration started earlier in the day than the first attempt did. Officials at Comic-Con have left a new comment on the site about the once-again closed registration:
Once more, unfortunately, there have been issues with Comic-Con registration. So we have again decided to close it down. We are well aware that many people have taken time from work, school or other activities and others woke up very early. There really is no way to convey our level of regret for this turn of events. We are currently researching our registration options.
Hopefully the issues will be fixed soon and fans will be able to purchase tickets to the highly anticipated event. As always, Comic-Con will be held at the San Diego Convention Center from July 21-24th. Tickets will be available on the official site once registration reopens with four day passes for sale at $105 and single day passes starting at $37.
