Ryan Kwanten at Variety's Power of Women Luncheon

True Blood's Ryan Kwanten attended Variety's Power of Women Luncheon in Beverly Hills on September 24th.  Ryan told Extra that his mother is the most powerful woman he knows because:

She raised four boys--that's including my father!

Ryan also answered questions about what the fake blood on the set of True Blood actually tastes like, saying that it's a "bizarre kind of glucose concoction" which no one would want to drink very much of because:

Like with anything, if you have too much, it's not going to go down well.

Luckily for him, Ryan's character, Jason Stackhouse, hasn't been turned into a vampire, so he can avoid that problem. While at the event, Ryan also posed for a few photos
