True Blood's Kristin Bauer Attends The Art of Compassion PCRM Gala

True Blood's Kristin Bauer attended the at PCRM's 25th Anniversary Art of Compassion Gala on Saturday, April 10, 2010 in West Hollywood, CA. The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine's Art of Compassion gala honors individuals both inside and outside the medical field who demonstrate unparalleled dedication to compassion in medical practice, extraordinary commitment to the principle of compassion in research and medicine, individuals who exemplifies compassion to an extraordinary degree and those who, by word and example, have communicated caring, compassion, and the highest ethical principles. Kristin is an Honorary Committee Member and she splits her time between filming and painting to bring awareness to animal welfare and bring light to things that should not be happening. She also works with the IFAW, The Amanda Foundation, and other charities. Nature and animals are her greatest passion. She says, "They have always given selflessly to me, so much more than I ever could have dreamed or given back. Mother nature is the greatest, most magical artist I have ever seen."
